2027 Overview

The Ding Wei year for Wu Wu

Your relationship with Tai Sui

Those born in a Horse year are in Six Harmony with the Goat Tai Sui in 2027, a year when helpful allies appear and things run smoothly.

The Horse and the Goat are a Six Harmony pair among the Earthly Branches, like two close friends who always back each other up. In 2027, Horse natives tend to receive support from superiors, partners or family, and new relationships easily bear fruit. It is a good time to collaborate, connect and widen your circle.

AdviceReach out proactively, value those who walk beside you and repay their help by keeping your word.

Fire meets the year of Water of the Milky Way

Heavenly River Water controls your Fire element, so in 2027 you may feel pressure from circumstances and need extra flexibility and patience.

Water controls Fire, like rain from the sky that can make a flame flicker. In 2027, Fire natives tend to meet situations that call for restraint, giving way or changing familiar habits. Instead of fighting back, learn the suppleness of water: a flame that is cleverly sheltered keeps burning steadily, and can feel even warmer in the rainy season.

AdviceKeep your emotions in check, choose the right moment to speak up and look after your mental well-being regularly.

Ruling star

Earth Star The Saturn Star

The Earth Star makes the year a bit subdued, with small rumors or insincere people possible; prepare well before traveling far.

The Earth Star carries the heavy, slow nature of the soil, often making things progress more slowly than you would like. During the year, you may run into some gossip, small misunderstandings, or people who don't keep their commitments. Long trips can also hit minor snags without proper preparation. This is not a bad year, just one to take slowly, observe closely, and choose your company wisely.

AdviceKeep a healthy distance from gossip, put agreements clearly in writing, and plan carefully before every trip.

For women: Women should look after their sleep and peace of mind, and not let trivial matters weigh on them for too long.

Yearly period

Yellow Springs Period

The Huang Quan period reminds you to put your health first; your body needs to be listened to and given more rest.

Among the eight periods, Huang Quan is one that calls for extra attention, mainly concerning your physical condition. This year, your body tends to tire more easily, and your resilience may dip if you overwork or don't get enough sleep. Small signals, if ignored, can linger longer than you would like. Treat this as a year to slow down and take care of yourself rather than chasing every goal at once.

AdviceGet regular checkups, sleep well, and allow yourself to rest whenever your body signals it is overloaded.

Big decisions this year

Three Calamities, marriage and building a home

Three Calamities

In 2027 you are not in the Three Calamities cycle, so the road ahead is fairly clear for you to move forward with confidence.

Being free of the Three Calamities means that this year you do not carry the extra pressure of the three-year cycle of setbacks described in folk belief. That makes it a favorable time to act on plans you have been nurturing, from a career change to family goals. Of course, the year's fortune depends on many other factors too, so careful preparation is still the key.

AdviceUse this open stretch of sky to start something new, while keeping your daily rhythm balanced.

Marriage — Golden Tower

Your lunar age in 2027 does not fall on the Golden Tower, a good sign for considering marriage or building a home if you are ready.

By the traditional lunar-age count, this year you do not fall into any Golden Tower case, so in folk terms there is nothing special to avoid. It is a gentle green light for big plans such as getting married or building a home. Even so, real success still comes from financial and emotional readiness and a clear plan.

AdviceMake the most of this advantage without rushing: plan step by step and choose a time when the whole family feels at ease.

Building a home — Five: Longevity Trial

Your lunar age in 2027 lands on Five: Longevity Trial, which tradition says calls for caution when building a home.

Five: Longevity Trial is a palace folk belief considers less favorable in the Desolate House method, often linked to worries about the well-being of the household. From a modern angle, many people take it as a reminder to focus on the safety and comfort of the home rather than as something to fear. If you need to build or renovate, put your energy into build quality and a healthy living environment.

AdviceFavor an airy design, safe materials and close supervision of the work, or postpone your plans if they are not urgent.
